This is an abstract drawing. In the upper left quarter of the paper is a rectangle of black chalk that begins at the left edge of the paper and runs towards the center. There are twelve vertical lines incised in this rectangle. In the lower right quarter of the paper are four narrow rectangles in red-orange chalk that run vertically towards the bottom of the paper. There is a vertical incised line in each rectangle.
