Two figures, one male and one female, are seated under a tree form, which is hollow. The woman holds a red-orange musical instrument. Another man stands partly behind the tree. There is a knife in his right hand. Mostly white with touches of peach, red-orange, black and gold. Touches of applied string like clay at their feet. The group is sitting on a mound which forms into an oval base with the raised words, "The Rival," in gold.
