Male, African American figure (Uncle Tom) setaed on a green and brown mound. His arm is around the waist of a young girl (Little Eva) who is standing on his raised, right knee. Figures are predominately dressed in white. Uncle Tom has a black enamel face, hands and feet. His white jacket has red, blue and green flowers on it. There are violet stripes on his trousers. He is holding a yellow hat in his proper left hand. Little Eva has brown hair and peach tones on her face and arms. She is wearing a white dress with gold trim. Irregular base with raised words, "Uncle Tom," with gold over the top. There is a crackle in the glaze.
