Description

Tall vertical ceramic container. Dark brown glaze toward bottom of piece turns into a mottled green/gray glaze approximately ¾ of the way up. The lip of the piece is curled under and squeezed together. Ribbing runs vertically up the side in the brown glazed area. The piece is attached to a wooden base with a small metal plaque that says “Experimental ‘Upside Down’ Extrusion Pottery by Sheldon Carey”
