Description
Inscriptions/Signature

This rectangular block of wood has a mouthpiece projecting from one end. There are two slits in the mouthpiece, one for each chamber within the instrument. The top of the instrument has two rectangular holes at the base of the mouthpiece and two arched rows of four fingerholes. The underside has two larger holes, to be covered by thumbs. The end opposite the mouthpiece tapers. It is reddish brown with visible grain.
