Description

This flute is made from two lengths of bamboo tied side by side. One has five fingerholes, the other has none. A shorter piece of bamboo is stuck in the end of each, one with a hole, the other without. Two more short pieces of bamboo are tethered to the back of the flute with plant fiber strings. These pieces each have a small slit lifted up, to act as a whistle hole. The ends are tapered to fit into the bound pipes.
