This is an oval ceramic whistle with three finger holes on each edge and two thumb holes on the back. There is a small raised loop on the back. The mouthpiece end is narrower than the opposite end.

The front is decorated with a red oval outlined in black. Two standing figures, identified as Kokopelli, face each other over a stylized ceramic pot and under a sun with green rays and a face. There are indications of a village behind the figures.
