Double handled sugar bowl, handles raised above body and bend at rigth angles. Body is oval with repoused flutes and band. Heavily engraved. The handles, base and lip edge are of patterned rectangular wire. Construction seam present under one handle, file marks still present. Part of a tea service that includes: teapot, teapot on stand, creamer and sugar.
