The loom beaded headband has macraméd and tasseled fringe of medium blue and light green yarn. The beaded panel has a white field. The decoration has a single central design and two repeats of another design on either side. The central design is a diamond with stepped edges in light blue, yellow, red, and green with a black outline. There is a yellow crown-like design.

The side design is the diamond pattern, split down the middle with a white rectangle, outlined in black with yellow diamonds in it. There are three triangles on either side of the rectangle, outlined in black. The center triangle is red yellow and green, the side triangles are red.

In the space between the front and side designs, there is a net-like design of black lines with triangles on the ends and a diamond in the middle.
