The carved wooden horse has articulated legs and a head. It is white with concentric circles at the hips, shoulders, and the back of neck in red, yellow, and green. There is a red circle with a yellow border on either side of the belly. It has a red saddle and a light natural colored plant fiber tail. The ears are leather with a small tuft of strings between.
The green strings from each leg, back, and head connect to a wooden controller.
