Description

The red skirt has a sequin decoration. The light green elastic waistband has a triangle edge. There is a thin green band at the hem. Most of the skirt is red with an allover pattern of black circles with "rays" on one side. The band of decoration near the hem has butterflies, flowers, and leaves. It is heavily embellished with regularly placed sequins secured with a bead. The center design is an eagle with spread wings and a snake in its mouth sitting atop a cactus, as seen on the Mexican flag.
