Description

The long, narrow sash has a cotton base with decorative thread woven in. It has blocks of thin black and white stripes. The stripes are geometric designs in purple, dark blue, yellow, white, and light blue-green. The larger shapes are woven into some of the black and white blocks, including human figures and star-like shapes. The colored detail is the same as above. The fibers at the ends are gathered into a braid. It is edged with red and white.
