The replica of a shrunken head is made of wax over a wooden armature. The facial features are oversized and there are three strings through the lips to imitate a tsantsa. There is short black hair at the forehead and long black hair in the back. There is a plant fiber headband in light natural with vertical stripes of red pigment.
