The long arrow has a light natural colored reed shaft. The wood foreshaft is inserted in one end and the joint is stabilized with string wrapping and resin. The metal tip has a single barb at the end of the foreshaft, secured with string and resin.

The remains of white feathers at the opposite end are secured with string wrapping.
