The rectangular basket is open on one short end. One face of the basket has a rectangular frame made from sticks. The basket itself has a flat suface on the frame, two long sides and one short side. One short side is open and the surface opposite the frame is open with a plant fiber cord zigzagging across the front. The basket is a light brown herringbone weave. There is a light natural colored strap woven from a different plant fiber about midway down the rectangle. The strap is widened at the middle.
