Inscriptions/Signature

The sailor marionette is identified as Popeye. He has a bald rubber head with a blue hat. His proper right eye is closed and there is a pipe in the proper left side of his mouth. He wears a blue long sleeved top with a red felt collar with a yellow button and hem. He wears lght blue-green trousers and black plastic shoes. There are black control strings from his head, wrists, and legs to a trapezoidal shaped controller.
