The large ventriloquial figure is identified as "Weary Willie." The hobo-like clown attire includes a red and black hat, shoulder length black hair, a red nose, and a five o'clock shadow. He is wearing a red, white, yellow and blue striped tie, a red shirt and patchwork jacket in yellow, dark blue, red, and green patterns. He has dark blue trousers. The jacket and trousers have fringed hems to give a worn appearance. He has black shoes.
