Description

This flute is made from two lengths of bamboo tied side by side. One has six fingerholes, the other has none. A shorter piece of bamboo is stuck in the end of each without the holes. Two more short pieces of bamboo are tethered to the back of the flute with plant fiber strings. These pieces each have a small slit lifted up to act as a whistle hole. The ends are tapered to fit into the bound pipes.
