The stone metate has three legs (2007.4942.a). The top surface is angled and slightly concave. The taller end is painted with two red flowers on green stems. The shorter end is painted with text: RECUERDO DE 1989
The sides are painted with yellow and red flowers and green stems.

The stone mano (2007.4942.b) is a long stone that tapers at either end. It is undecorated.
