The women's buckskin dress has short fringe on the side seams and the hem. The yoke ends in short sleeves, with a zigzag edge decorated with a black picot bead edge. The long fringe is stitched at the end of the yoke. Three buckskin triangles with a black picot beaded edge are stitched to the body of the dress below the yoke and the front and back. There are short buckskin panels with tinklers at the sides under the hem fringe.

Two of the tassels of velvet ribbon on the front are purple, dark pink and green-blue below the neckline and there are two more on the back in the same location, under the larger medallions.

The beaded decoration is lane stitched. There is a wide strip on either side of the neck hole to the sleeve. It has a white field with four chevrons, points together, each half chevron in red or orange, in a square of green-blue, then dark blue. There is a stripe of dark blue triangles on either side of the square. The zig zags at end of the strip are yellow, orange, red, dark red, with red or orange triangles at the outside points.

There is a dark pink and white scalloped line of beads near the hem, with two tinklers under each scallop.

There is a white band with oblique lines in yellow, orange, red and dark red in a box around the neck hole.

The wide strip across the front and the back of the yoke has three repeats of the entire design on the shoulder.

There are two larger medallions above the strip across the yoke. Each have a white field, and a border or dark blue, red and medium blue. The center decoration is a starburst in dark blue, medium blue, dark red, red, white, yellow, red, medium blue and dark blue. There are four smaller medallions on one side, probably the back, lateral to the larger medallions. Each has a medium blue field with a white border. There are eight diamonds together in red and dark green, outlined in white.
