The long sleeved blouse has no collar. It is yellow with a red ruffle on the yoke, and a thin blue and white stripe at the top of the ruffle. There is a wide red and blue band at the bottom front of the shirt. There are thin stripes in red, white, yellow, blue-green, and black that divide the yellow from the red stripe. There is a thin red and white band between the wide blue and white stripes. The opening is on the proper right side of the neck hole.
