A small rectangular cart on four wooden wheels with a box-like platform base covered in red fabric with a band of dark blue, white, and gold cloth at the top. Each side has a panel of white and gold or dark blue and gold fabric with white tassel at each corner. There are two stylized human figures, dressed in blue, in front of the base. There is another human figure atop the platform, wearing red and dark blue. The black laquered roof with a red cone on top supports a tall wooden post with a metal blade on top. There are green and white tufts halfway up the shaft and the top is white with a red spiral. There is a pullstring at the front.

This object is similar to a float used in the Gion Festival.
