The cart is a tall rectangle with a black laquer roof, and a gold front and back with a hole in the center of the gable. The roof sits over a raised red platform with a stylized human figure. The sides of the platform are covered in red cloth containing bands of pink, grey, and gold cloth around the top rectangular inserts on each side, which are in white and gold or dark blue and gold. There is a small white tassel at each corner.

There are two small stylized human figures wearing light blue on the front along with a pull string.
