The roof of this four wheeled two-tiered cart is wrapped in fabric with a red field, and printed with light blue green, white, and dark yellow flowers. Round wooden lanterns hang at each corner. The top tier is open, showing a wooden drum with two gold heads on a round base. The railing is red and gold. There are gold metal decorative elements around the base. The bottom tier is a closed box within a red and gold railing and covered in red and gold fabric. The four wooden wheels have gold rims and gold flowers. The pull string is red and white.

This object is similar to a float used in the Gion Festival.
