These two dolls were created by wrapping paper clothing around a core of cotton.
Figure 2007.0167.a is wearing a black paper kimono printed with white flowers with either green or black centers. Her underdress and obi are light blue and she carries a pink lantern, suspended with string. Her hair is in a ponytail, tied with a roll of paper.
Figure 2007.0167.b is wearing a black paper kimono, printed with fans in black and white, red, and gold. Her underdress is light purple and the obi is yellow. She is wearing a red and white hat and carrying a wooden stick.
