A painted plaster figure (2007.0174.a) of a man, identified as a Kabuki actor. He is wearing a black kimono, which is off of his left arm, with a red sash. He has a red undershirt that is visible on his left side. He has another skirt-like garment visible in front which is blue with a white flower, a band of green with white, and a gold fringe. The neckband of the kimono is in gold and green. He wears a light blue undergarment visible at the neck and back under the sash. In his proper right hand he is carrying a white lantern with a red top and bottom with a black "x" in a circle. He wears an elaborate hair style identified as chonmage. He is wearing blue socks and has a metal peg in his left foot for insertion into the wooden base (2007.0174.b).
The wooden base has small feet and is unpainted.

Identified as a souvenir from a performance.
