The standing figure is identified as Emilio Portes Gil (Mexican president 1928-1930). He is dark complected with short dark hair parted on the proper left. He is wearing a black tuxedo with tails and a white vest with black buttons. He has black shoes. The green and black base has text that reads: Emilio Portes Gil.
