The standing figure is identified as Victoriano Huerta (Mexican president 1913-1914). He is dark complected and is wearing sunglasses. He is wearing a long hat that is pointed in the front and back. It is dark blue with white and gold detail. He is wearing a military style uniform in dark blue consisting of a short jacket with tails with gold detail. He has gold epaulets and a light blue sash. There is red detail. He has a sword on the proper left hip and black shoes. He is standing on a black and green base with text that reads: Gral. Victoriano Huerta.
