The standing figure is identified as Manuel Ávila Camacho (Mexican president 1940-1946). He has short dark hair parted on the proper left side. He is wearing a black tuxedo with tails and a white vest with black buttons. There is a red, white, and green sash across his chest. His shoes are black. He stands on a green and black rectangular base with text on the front that reads: Gral. Manuel Ávila Camacho.
