Description

The standing figure is identified as Plutarco Elías Calles (Mexican president 1824-1828). He has short light brown-grey hair, parted on the proper left side. He is wearing a light green suit jacket, vest, and trousers. He has a white shirt with a red and yellow tie. There is a red, white, and blue sash across his chest. He has brown shoes.

The handwritten text on the front of the black and green base says: Gral. Plutarco Elías Calles.
