It has a light natural colored field and a thin purple band and green band at the top and bottom. There are two repeats of a dark blue duck-like bird and two repeats of a pink boat with three dark blue figures and the bow and stern of a boat.

The lid (2007.2450.b) has a light colored field and a formerly dark blue band at the edge of the rim. There is a red knob at the top of the center, surrounded by a formerly dark blue circle with a jagged edge and four pink spots at the edge of the green circle.
