The globular ceramic bowl is covered with crushed green stone. Wolf figures, carved from light grey and dark grey stone, are tied onto the bowl at regular intervals with black buckskin. Each wolf figure has a shell arrowhead tied on with black buckskin and bits of coral and turquoise.

The figures would be stored inside the bowl when not in use.
