The helmet mask in dark brown wood has a prominent ridged hairstyle on top of the head over the forehead. The face below the eyebrows is flat. The slitted eyes appear closed. There are small ears next to the eyes with horizontal grooves extending around the back of the head. It has small, pursed lips and a pointed chin. There are holes near the bottom edge.
