The standing figure's arms are bent at the waist. It has a blue head with a black cap of wooden hair. There is a red felt spinner on top of the head. It has red tab ears, black rectangle eyes, and a white and red striped rectangle nose and mouth. There is a light brown foam-rubber ruff around the neck. It has an orange torso. There is a blue, white and black painted necklace. The upper arms are orange and forearms and hands are yellow. Black yarn is tied around both wrists. The proper left wrist tie has a metal stud. It has a black velvet kilt with a leather belt with metal conchos. It has black legs with orange knees and brown leather moccasins.
