The rectangular rawhide envelope has two flaps that are decorated with a diamond and two smaller triangles in the center in dark blue and green. There are large triangles on the sides in dark blue and green. The field and each shape is outlined in red. It has a single buckskin tie.

The side flaps are decorated with three red triangles, each with dark blue outlines.
