This is a black synthetic fur turban and trailer with a purple satin binding and backing. The headband has one round mirror in the front center, bordered with a band of light blue, then white, then red beads. There is notched ribbon detail in pink and light blue at the sides or pink and dark blue at the top and bottom. The beaded medallions on either side of the headband are the same as the medallion on the trailer. There is an orange and red center with a white five-petaled flower design, a border of pink, then a larger light blue floral design with a border of dark blue. The overall field is white with a red border. The notched ribbon detail is the same as the center medallion, but the light blue ribbons are at the top and bottom on the headband medallions and the trailer medallion has light blue in addition to dark blue at the top and bottom.

The trailer has an inverted handprint design in red beads with a white outline, at the top of the trailer. The trailer tapers to a point. There is a beaded band at the point, in white, dark blue, light blue, red, and pink just above a ribbon tassel in pink and dark blue.
