This is a wide, dark brown leather strip with three holes at the free end. The oval buckle, slightly curved, is decorated with a design resembling a small four-petal flower with a leaf at the end of each petal. There is a straight, interrupted line in the space between each petal and stamped scallops on the border. Eight round silver discs, once able to slide along the leather strip, each have the same design. There are metal rivets where the buckle attaches.
