Inscriptions/Signature

This is a triangular red leather tab with a bifurcated bottom. The small amount of unbeaded leather at the top has a vertical slit, indicating this was threaded onto something. It has a medium blue field and two horizontal stripes of orange, flanked with yellow. It has a yellow picot edge.
