This is a single strand of beads made up of translucent red faceted beads, translucent light blue faceted beads, pink/orange iridescent faceted beads and four hairpipe beads. The end of the strand where it joins the medallion are two strands of translucent light blue seed beads. The beaded fringes consist of the same beads as the strand, each with a small hairpipe bead.

The beaded medallion has a white iridescent field, and light blue border. It has a yellow center, orange band, dark red band, and an iridescent white cross with pink beads between the arms to fill out the circle. The next band is a four-pointed star in dark red with orange in each point and a light blue outline. The four-pointed star sits inside a medium blue diamond with small orange triangles between the star points.
