The pair of beaded garters for arms has purple yarn fringe. Beads are strung on purple yarn which gives the white field an overall purple tint.

In the white field, there are two repeats of an "X" pattern created with four diamonds with the points together. Each diamond has a translucent green center, yellow band, and translucent red border. There is a stepped diamond in the center created with bands of squares in the same arrangement of colors.

It has long purple fringe at either end. The smaller, longer segment of fringe at one side is braided into a tie.
