The center of the star is a circle of red, yellow, light blue, light orange, and dark blue. There are bands of dark red, yellow, and dark blue color blocks at the points of the star. There are concentric bands from the points of the star to the edge in white, yellow, light blue, and orange. It is edged with dark red.
