This is a very thick leather circle with four petal-like points painted red. There is a metal plate on the back with four points, wired in place. A beaded medallion, backed with yellow felt, covers the circle element of the leather.

The beaded medallion has a white field. The center design is a red five-pointed star, each diamond within it is outlined with white and dark blue. The center of the star is a circle of red, yellow, light blue, light orange, and dark blue. There are bands of dark red, yellow, and dark blue color blocks at the points of the star. There are concentric bands from the points of the star to the edge in white, yellow, light blue, and orange. It is edged with dark red.
