This is a wide woven sash of off-white cotton. Either end is gathered into seven short braided segments, each of which ends in a round knob wrapped with string of the same color. Each knob has three long fringes of twisted cord.
Each knot represents a cloud and the tassels hanging from each knot represent rain.
