Inscriptions/Signature

The square tray has an "X" shaped foot. The bottom of the tray is light blue, the top has a white field. There is a blue circle in the center with triangular eyes and a rectangular mouth and black bison horns with a feather at each tip and three feathers at the top of the head. A black snake and white snake cross over the top of the face. There is a row of three feathers with black tips on a light blue black and brown rectangle above and below the snakes. There are three black ovals in a row with a light blue, black and brown rectangle to either side of the snakes.
