The coiled hat has knob-like projections on the front and back, and another on the top center and a horn-like projection on either side. The exterior of the hat is fully beaded.

The body of the hat has a dark blue field with a red band at the bottom, then a light blue band, a band of red chevrons, a white band, a band of yellow chevrons, light green band, red band, band of white chevrons, band of red, light blue, red, dark blue, yellow, red, white, band of yellow chevrons, red, green, and yellow. The base of the knob on top of the hat has a band of red triangles with yellow centers nestled between dark blue/white triangles. The knob is decorated with bands of red, yellow, dark blue and white. The knobs on the front and back are decorated with bands of red, dark blue and white. The horns are cloth, wrapped with beads. The proximal end is dark blue with a red diamond and white center, then a red band with a yellow diamond and dark blue center. The remainder is dark blue and white with a light blue tip.
