The beaded medallion is backed with buckskin and a long, triangular flap (with a bifurcated point) is attached at the top.

The circle is decorated with solid red wedges at the top and bottom and is flanked by thin black lines, then thicker lines in medium blue and black. The remainder of the circle is filled with two dark yellow wedges connected with a yellow center. It has a dark blue edge.

The triangular flap has a white field. It is decorated with a vertical row of alternating pink and medium blue triangles, each outlined with dark blue. The flap is edged with translucent yellow beads. The reverse is undecorated.

The reverse of the medallion is decorated with a cross in pink, dark blue, and light blue.
