The paddle has a long, straight shaft and a circular blade with a slight point at the end. The shaft is brown and the "T" shaped handle at the end is white. The blade has a white field and a black border,

On side one, the text across the middle of the blade is in two curving lines and reads:
"Jose Vaconcelos de Moraes
Flor das Mocas"
There are small red flowers with black and dark blue detail above the text with a mottled blue field. There is a large red flower with a green stem and leaves with red spots on the field.

Side two has a white field and a cluster of grapes with dark blue and brown detail. The blue leaves have dark blue and brown detail.
