The length of rope-like braided cedar bark is doubled over in the middle making a loop toward one end. The ends are left as large tassels. The ends of the braid are tied off with red cloth and the doubled portion is held in place with red cloth. There are two pieces of red cloth that appear to be ties. Two short segments of black tulle is covered with green sequins and metal faceted beads, one on the loop and one on the non-looped portion.
