Description

The rectangular coiled basket has a strip of buckskin pulled through each of the long sides parallel to the rim to form three loops. It is decorated with oblique parallel lines of light, dark, and light fibers. There is a wide band near the top of the light color that is not imbricated but is left visible for every other stitch.
