Description

The square basket (2007.2671.a) has rounded corners and a flat shoulder. There was once a cedar rim to sit into the lid. The round lid (2007.2671.b) is flat with an edge to sit over the rim.

There is a light natural field on both elements. The lid is decorated with a dark purple circle in the center, a band of green, then a band of dark purple. There is a band of dark purple, green, dark purple near the edge and a sawtooth band of purple at the edge of the top. The bottom of the edge has a thin line of dark purple and yellow. The basket lid is decorated with a wide band of green and dark purple and green stepped lines. There is a band of yellow and purple stripes with a dark purple sawtooth. The shoulder is decorated with a band of green, dark purple, and green.
