The circular rug is made of patches of different colored animal skins. The skins are dark brown, light beige, and light reddish brown. The reddish brown pieces at the edges also have white stripes on them. There is a small circular piece in the center surrounded by two concentric circles of alternating colored patches. The outside of that is a large band of large wedges in alternating colors. The outside edge is a ring of triangular patches in alternating colors. On the very edge of the rug is a thin strip with long dark brown hair.
